Grapes collected
by hand and placed in vats, the master winemakers- ancient wisdom, and the
wait, which makes every sip of life better... the rolling hills of Langa have
been declared as Unesco heritage due to the close bond established between man,
the environment and the winemaking tradition. The Toma Brilla was
born out of the passion for this wonderful territory and its excellent wines: a
100% Piedmont Milk cheese with a strong character and a fragrant and enveloping
flavour. After the first 60-days aging, the Toma Brilla is refined for another
two months with the fine pomace of Barbaresco and Barolo DOCG wines,
which provides it with its special dark red colour and makes it absorb the
aroma of the most delicious must. The best pairing is with a full-bodied red
wine. Kernels of walnuts, figs, pears, dried fruit and a good homemade bread
complete the tasting.
